Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eventovalley (the "Service"), provided by Eventovalley ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eventovalley is online software for managing events: guest registration, guest lists, email and WhatsApp invitations and reminders, QR code check-in, online attendance tracking, reports and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan.

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your organisation.
• Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance for a monthly or yearly period. Prices, limits and included features are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Applicable taxes such as GST are charged as shown at checkout, and an invoice is available for every payment.
• If you buy a plan while another paid plan is running, the new plan starts when the current one ends.
• With auto-pay, your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the start of each period until you turn auto-pay off or cancel.
• We may change prices for future periods. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a new price applies to auto-pay.

You can cancel your subscription or turn off auto-pay at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; after that the free plan (if offered) applies. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

• You own the content you add to the Service, including event details and guest information.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent needed to collect your guests' data and to send them emails and WhatsApp messages.
• We process guest data on your behalf only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can export your guest lists at any time.

You must not use the Service to:

• send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• break any law, including data protection, anti-spam and consumer protection laws;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringes others' rights;
• try to access other customers' data, disrupt the Service or get around plan limits or security;
• resell or copy the Service without our written permission.

The Service works with third-party providers you choose or that we use, such as email (SMTP) providers, WhatsApp providers, meeting platforms and Razorpay. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what your paid plan includes.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or missed events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, does not pay, or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve with you informally.
